Our Values
We opened Full Curl Manufacturing in 2019 just prior to the start of COVID, as a new subsidiary of our parent company, Blue Sky Tools LLC owned and operated by Rhonda and Ed (Edward) Stoddard.
Our ultimate vision is to create greater accessibility for people to enjoy the outdoors. We love the outdoors. We had people in our lives that lost the ability to enjoy the outdoors due to lack of public resources and adaptability for mobility challenged and elderly people. We wanted to develop products that gave people like our parents easier access to water activities and the ability to enjoy boating well into their later years. In order to achieve that vision we started two businesses, Full Curl Manufacturing and American Pool Lifts.
Meet our Team
Three individuals make up the core of Full Curl Manufacturing and American Pool Lifts.
Rhonda Stoddard
Chief Executive Manager
Has 20+ years of experience in the fiscal management of multi-million-dollar federal grants at The University of Montana. She and Ed have been married for 25+ years, have two fantastic daughters, loves the theater, coffee and out-fishing Ed.
Edward Stoddard
Operations Executive Manager
Owned and operated two Snap-on Tools Franchises with average combined sales of $1.5M per year. He has decades of experience as a diesel mechanic, custom welding and fabricating, loves hunting, fishing and mentoring youth hunters. He is passionate about boats, giving back to our veterans and loves his family.
Jason Rigby
Production and Design Manager
He is a master gunsmith, military veteran and a key member of the company. He is intimately familiar with our primary client market base, has extensive knowledge and experience with custom manufacturing, pool lift design, powder coating, Cerakote, CNC fabrication and machining. He is well known in the industry and trusted by our customers. He and Ed have been hunting buddies for many years, both share a passion for giving back and the outdoors.
