We are truly a one stop shop in the welding and fabrication world. We can take your idea all the way through to a finished product. We work as a sub-contractor for many of our custom builder partners taking their blue prints and converting them to finished work and then installation. We have the capability to ig, tig or stick weld, bend, brake or roll metal, CNC cut or machine parts and media blast then do custom coatings.

Cerakote & Powder Coating

FCM has one of the largest powder coating facilities in Montana. The state of the art oven is 10' tall, 12' wide and 30' deep. FCM blasting booth and powder coating spray are sized to match the oven. We also have an independent batch oven and spray booth for Cerakote work. This allows us to be doing both processes simultaneously and put the product out more efficiently.

FCM Water Jet cutting machine is state of the art, The machine has 5'x10'x8" cutting envelope. Water Jet cutting allows us to cut different types of material. We can cut steel, aluminum, plastics, foam, and other material. We also have newest nesting software that allows us to nest parts efficiently, thus allowing us to pass the savings on to the customer

Complete CNC Machine Shop

FCM has a state of the art machine shop for all your needs. We are equipped with Haas SL-30 Turning center and Haas VF-2 Super Speed with 4axis HRT-210. The Sl-30 Has ability to turn up to 30" Dia Work pc and VF-2 has a 30"x20"x20" work area for machining. We also have various Manuel machining equipment

Welding & Fabrication
